Simple Healing Layouts

Chakra Healing

Place an appropriate  stone on each chakra on your front or back - leave for at least 15 minutes whilst you relax and breathe gently.

Brown stone between and slightly below the feet

Red stone on the base chakra

Orange stone below the navel

Yellow stone on the solar plexus

Pink stone on the heart

Blue stone on the throat

Indigo stone on the third eye

Purple stone on the crown

Clear stone above the top of the head

 


Relaxation

Take a cleansed, programmed crystal. I use a quartz point.

Hold it for a few minutes in each hand note how you feel, how your hand feels it may tingle or grow hot.

Put the crystal down and look at it for a minutes noting how you feel.

Hold the crystal in each hand again and be aware of your feelings.

Next, lie down or sit where you will not be disturbed place the crystal on each of the main chakras in turn starting at the bottom for a few minutes note how you feel.

When you finished lie still for a few more minutes before continuing with your activities.


Stress Layout

Take 8 amethyst points, lay them around the body a hand span away point inwards. One between the feet point upwards and one over the head point downwards, one at each side of the neck, one at each side of the hips and one at each ankle.

Relax for about 10 - 20 minutes.

You could also try this with quartz points.
