Crystal Meditation

Choose a quiet area where you will not be disturbed.

Holding your crystal in both hands place it in front of you.

Breathe slowly and rhythmically with the out breathe being longer than the in breath, let go of any stress as you breathe out. Feel peace and harmony flow through your body with the in breath.

Notice the colour and shape of your crystal, hold it and feel the vibration passing into your hands.

Feel yourself entering into the crystal, imagine you are wandering within notice its shape, colour and inner planes from the inside.

Close your eyes, take note of any shapes or colours you visualise, or any sounds that you hear, think about the energies that you feel from the crystal.

when you have finished open your eyes and put aside  the crystal.

You may need to ground yourself by holding a smoky quartz crystal afterwards.
