Hematite

A grounding and protecting stone.  It harmonises the mind, body and spirit. It has a strong yang element and addresses any yin imbalances. 

It dissolves negativity and prevents it from entering the aura restoring peace and harmony to the body.

Psychologically, it supports timidity, enhances will power, self esteem and build confidence.

Mentally, it stimulates concentration and focus.

Physically it can restore and strengthen the blood supply  and help with circulatory conditions. It can be helpful for anxiety and insomnia and aids spinal alignment.

Much hematite is used in jewellery in either its natural form or in magnetic jewellery.
